Welcome to Barnfield House Kent — we’re delighted you found us. Barnfield House has been our happy country home for over 20 years since our return from working overseas — we fell in love with its light-filled rooms and fabulous countryside views. We love to spend sunny days on the deck enjoying leisurely meals under the wisteria-covered pergola, indulging in creative cooking in the kitchen and gathering with family and friends around the dining table for laughter-filled meals. We appreciate the many walks on our doorstep, and relish the chance to visit places of historic and cultural interest nearby.

When we are not in residence ourselves, we are happy to make Barnfield House available as a unique holiday rental. In the past 10 years we have welcomed over 100 groups from all over the world, from multi-generation families gathering for a week’s vacation, to groups of friends enjoying a reunion, activity holiday or weekend escape from London. We love it that they enjoy Barnfield House as much as we do.
